Warranty Policy

We are confident that you'll be satisfied with your purchase, and to demonstrate our commitment, we offer a comprehensive 12-Months Warranty on all eligible products. This warranty provides you with assurance and protection against defects in materials and workmanship.
To avail of the warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@techmax.ae or call us at +971 508460594 to initiate the warranty claim process.
- Provide us with the details, including your name, order number and a description of the issue.
- Our support team will guide you through the next steps, which may include troubleshooting or returning the product for inspection.
- If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.
- Once we receive the product, our technical team will do inspection to determine the cause of the issue.
- If the issue is covered under warranty and is not a result of misuse or accidental damage, we will either repair or replace the product, free of charge.
- If a replacement is provided, it will be of the same model or a comparable model if the original is no longer available.
- The repaired or replaced product will be shipped back to you at no additional cost.
The following situations are not covered and could potentially void your warranty:
- Misuse, including instances where the product is not used for its intended purpose or if the cover is opened by a unauthorized individual.
- External or Internal Damage resulting from drops, exposure to water or other liquids, even if the product is labelled as waterproof or water-resistant.
- Repairs conducted by unauthorized service centres/shops or any attempts at self-repair.
- Damage to the cover due to excessive wear and tear, improper ventilation, or exposure to other unusual elements.
- Damage caused by the use of any third party software or application.
- The Warranty does not cover any type of breakages/ damages including the screen/ display breakages/ Screen issues of whatsoever nature.
It is important to keep your proof of purchase, such as the order number, as it may be required to validate your warranty claim.
